I teach stress and pain reduction interventions through private sessions and in small groups. Yoga and all its beautiful faces has saved my life and has hopefully germinated life in others.

I have an e-RYT200 designation through Yoga Alliance and offer Contact Hours for Yoga Alliance Registered yoga teachers. My 500RYT certification through Kristine Kaoverri Weber of Subtle Yoga in Asheville, NC has me in a spell, forever bent on learning more about the pranamaya kosha, now studied and understood more deeply by modern medical science.

The beautiful Suzanne Cardinal of Into this World Yoga Teacher Training led me through my 200RYT certification in Rhonert Park, CA. Here I studied teaching methodologies and the importance of creating safe transformational space as a yoga practitioner and teacher.

In 2016, I became a certified Yoga Therapist through IAYT.

I believe in the divine power of all people to transform. I enjoy working individually with real people who are experiencing life on life’s terms; recovering, growing, thriving people who are ready to make a commitment to themselves and their purpose.

We survive well. What's difficult is thriving. Yoga meditation is a way to move into deeper knowing of our selves. Yoga is a pause. It's the pause where we can inquire -- how am I doing? what am i experiencing? It's an important question to keep asking. Are you ready to put the foot into the mysterious door of the grass?
