Fit & Fabulous Flow at 10am on Mondays at Montrose Yoga co-op

This is a challenging 90-minute flow class for fit bodies honoring a past that is real: full of overwork, hyper-mobility, play, injuries, trauma, adventure.

Movement, breath, meditation - 90 minutes of inquiry

Where and what do I feel? Where am I strong? Where am I weak? What stories come up from within my tissues? Why can it be so hard to hear my own body?

This class is sheer therapeutic conditioning meant to draw light from your own shimmering cells. Be courageously visible to Self.

By attending, you understand that yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a physician prior to beginning any activity program, including yoga. It is the student’s responsibility to notify the teacher of any serious illness or injury before every yoga class and you should not perform any postures to the extent of strain or pain.
