My Dosha type is Pitta Vata, and in late Summer and early Fall, I put greater effort than any other time of the year into seeking balance, or reconciliation. Both seasons are times of Vata. Of space and air. Of movement. The water element cools my Summer fire and adds density to my Fall wind.
